Order a multi-country cost report
One country is free: the calculator prices any single market on the spot, no account and no email. This page is for the rest of the list — the countries you actually sell into, priced in one document you can hand to finance.
Multi-country cost report — €19 one-off. Your packaging list priced against every country you sell into, pdf with the official source on every line.
Rate-change monitoring — €29 per year. The report, plus your list re-calculated and emailed to you whenever one of its rates or fixed costs changes.
18 countries with a published tariff are calculated line by line; 3 are shown from one licensed operator's published list and marked as such; 6 (Germany among them) publish no tariff at all and get the mechanism, the registry and where to ask for a quote instead of an invented figure.
Step 1 — your list
Tick the countries you place packaging on the market in, then add one line per material with the kilograms you place there in a year. The same material lines are priced against every country you tick.
Step 2 — summary
Tick at least two countries and add one material line.
Step 3 — order by email
The email address is the whole account: the report goes there, and for monitoring it is where the recalculated list lands. No password, nothing to log in to.
No card is taken here yet: we save your list, open a pre-filled email in your own mail client, and reply with the report and a payment link.
What arrives
- A PDF, one section per country: every material line with the official category code, the rate exactly as the scheme published it, the per-kilogram figure, your kilograms, the fee, a link to the rate row on this site and a link to the official source, plus the date each was last verified.
- The fixed costs per country — registration fee, scheme minimum, authorised representative — each with the page it was read from, and the volume threshold that country publishes.
- A summary table per country and per currency. Currencies are not converted: no exchange rate is applied anywhere in the report.
- A method page saying exactly how each figure was produced and what is left out.
The report is a factual compilation of published tariffs and rules with sources; it is not compliance, legal or tax advice and does not decide any classification for you. Refunds: every payment carries a 14-day full refund with no conditions, the one-off report included — see Refund Policy and Terms.
