How to read this table

The first two columns add up. The registration fee goes to the authority or the register that runs it; the scheme minimum goes to the compliance scheme whose tariff this site holds for that country. Where both are published, both are owed, and neither replaces the per-kilogram contribution.

An authorised representative is a third fixed cost, and it is not in this table. The third column answers only whether one is required for a seller established outside the country. What one charges is a commercial quote that differs by provider, and no official source publishes it, so this library holds no figure for it and this page prints none.

Everything that moves with weight is elsewhere. The per-kilogram tariff for each country is on that country's rate page, and the annual total for your own kilograms is in the calculator. Not obtained in a cell means we did not find the figure on a page we could read logged out on the date shown — it does not mean the figure is zero, and it does not mean there is none.
