What this scheme is
Collective schemes (market-negotiated) — Competing collective compliance schemes registered with Dansk Producentansvar (DPA), the national producer responsibility authority; producer responsibility for packaging took effect on 2025-10-01 and producers register in the national producer register run by DPA.
Denmark has no statutory packaging EPR tariff. Producer responsibility for packaging took effect on 1 October 2025, among the last in the EU to start, and the obligations are registration in the national producer register, reporting the packaging placed on the Danish market each year, and arranging for the packaging to be handled. Handling is arranged through a collective scheme, and the schemes set their own prices in contract rather than following a published tariff. This site therefore lists no per-kg rate rows for Denmark: the Danish facts it can carry are the registration side and the directory of collective schemes below.
