How fees are set

Recycler Mon Véhicule (RMV) — Approved eco-organisme for the French REP Batteries filière, category 5 (electric-vehicle batteries) only, approval period 2025-08-18 to 2030-12-31.

Recycler Mon Véhicule is the third approved French battery eco-organisation and is approved for category 5 only — electric-vehicle batteries. Its producer guide publishes two tables side by side for 2025 and 2026: a financial contribution in euro per kilogram placed on the market, and a réfaction in euro per kilogram collected and treated. The réfaction is a rebate for producers who take on the collection or treatment of their own batteries; because its denominator is kilograms collected rather than kilograms sold, the two tables cannot be netted off line by line. Five chemistries are priced: Li-NMC, LFP, NCA, NCMA and NiMH. The 2026 contribution is roughly three times the 2025 one across every chemistry, while the réfaction is unchanged. Renault sas also holds an individual-system approval for category 5, running to 2027-12-31, but publishes no barème.
